You can take the supplement however and whenever you like, mixed with smoothies, yoghurt, juice or straight from the sachet!
To achieve maximum results we recommend that you take one sachet a day and advise that you try to avoid taking our supplement directly after a protein rich meal - our bodies can only absorb 8 grams of protein at any one time.
