Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund a discount code against an order that’s already been placed. However, if you have an active subscription with us, the good news is that you can apply your unique discount code to your next subscription order instead!

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Log in to your Absolute Collagen account.

2. Click on ‘Manage Subscription’.

3. Select ‘Manage Subscription’ next to the product you’d like to redeem your discount against.

4. Enter your unique code in the ‘Discounts Applied’ section.

And that’s it! Your discount will be applied to your next eligible subscription order, so you can still enjoy your saving. 💛

Please note that we’re unable to apply discount codes retrospectively to one-time purchases, so they’ll need to be redeemed against a future eligible subscription order instead.
