Need to take a little break from your subscription? No problem! You can easily pause your order by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account here.

2. Click ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

3. Select the product you’d like to pause.

4. Choose the date you’d like your subscription to resume by selecting how long you’d like to pause it for.

And that’s it! You can take a break and pick up your routine again when you’re ready.

Just a little heads-up: You can pause your subscription for up to 2 months at a time💛
