All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked delivery (within 2-3 business days), as standard. You'll receive an email when your order has left our warehouse and you'll get another email to confirm your delivery date.

Need it sooner? We also offer a Next Day Delivery service via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked. Orders placed before 4pm, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will arrive next day. This option is available on all orders and can be selected at checkout.

If you haven't received a confirmation email and you're expecting one, please check your online account to see when your next package of AC goodies are due.  If you prefer, contact our team on 020 3962 0370 so we can look into your most recent order details.
