What are your shipping options?
All UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked delivery (within 2-3 business days), as standard. You'll receive an email when your order has left our warehouse and you'll get another email to confirm your delivery date. Need

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an “Your order is on its way” email with your tracking link. You can also keep tabs on your order through your account, where your tracking details will appear once it’s dispatched💛
Can I return my order?
We’re unable to accept returns of our collagen supplements once they’ve been dispatched. Because they’re ingestible products, we can’t restock or resell them once they’ve left our care. This is for quality control, hygiene and customer safety reasons
